Meat (Beef/Mutton/Chicken) 1 Kg
Tomatoes (Chopped) 5-6 (500g)
Garlic (paste) 2 tbsp.
Ginger (julienne) 2 tbsp.
Yogurt (whipped) 1 cup (250g)
Green Chillies (large, slit) 6-8 pcs.
Lemon (Juice) 2-3 tbsp.
Oil/Ghee 1 cup (200ml)
Dawat Achar Gosht Masala 1 packet
Steps of Cooking:
1 Mix lemon juice in 1 tablespoon of Dawat Achar Gosht Masala and fill in the green chilies.
2 Mix remaining Dawat Achar Gosht Masala, ginger, and garlic in yogurt and marinate the meat for 1-2 hours.
3 In hot oil/ghee add tomatoes and fry till the extra water dries up.
4 Add marinated meat and cook on low heat until meat is tender (add 1-2
glass water for mutton & beef) and water evaporates. Add green chilies
and cook on low heat until the oil separates from the masala.
Delicious Dawat Achar Gosht is ready. Serve with hot nan and chapatti.
